Hi, my name is Robert Pike and I am the owner and director of Equipe Industries. I would like to personally thank you for taking the time to read about Equipe.
Our mission
Equipe Industries aims to see the youth of today inspired and equipped to be successful in all facets of life. We desire to shape culture and create momentum that motivates young people to reach for their best.
Our life skills initiatives incorporate two essential elements:
1. Life performance
Every person has unique talents and gifts and requires opportunities and encouragement to develop these.
2. Character development
All people have intrinsic value and those who understand this live with integrity and treat others with respect.
The Equipe Difference
Experience
Equipe brings together expert consultancy from specialist adolescent psychologists and the sixty years combined experience of our team members in working with young people. With qualifications and experience in education, chaplaincy, youth studies, social work, local government youth programs, graphic design and the music industry our team understands teenagers and successful interventions.
Innovation
It is known that activities involving powerful audiovisual input have a stronger emotional effect. Utilising its own record label, Equipe Industries leads the way in harnessing the muscle of audiovisual motivation in every presentation. We also cater for multiple learning styles with the use of workbooks, interactive activities, powerful story telling and reflect times.
Values To put it simply, we care. Our team consists solely of young mentors who practice what they teach. Each presenter volunteers in the local community and is dedicated to helping young people move successfully through their transition years. Every presentation backs the curriculum framework values and is laced with positive ideals and role modeling.
Relevance
Moving beyond the mask of conformity and the surface of youth culture, we connect with the heart issues affecting today’s youth who are crying out for purpose. Our passionate youth communicators wear the clothes and talk the talk and build a bridge that can facilitate impartation. With a cutting edge interactive approach, we will entertain, generate self belief, impart hope and inspire positive attitudes.
Follow-up Like a bucket with a hole, motivation continually leaks. Equipe breaks new ground with our follow-up approach utilising specially created resources: classroom posters linking back to a presentation; wallet cards to re-inject a boost of emotion; lesson plans to facilitate further classroom discussion; music CD’s to inspire on a level that only music can and our websites that allow interaction with products and presenters.
