Jase Schroeder is the founder of Equipe Industries.  He has spent the last fourteen years mentoring and leading teenagers in a vast range of settings and is a skilled communicator who can hold a teenage audience to pin drop silence. Jase naturally speaks the language of todays youth and understands and unlocks their codes with an extremely relational and comical style. He now communicates live to around 25,000 teenagers each year and is passionate about bringing positive change into their worlds. Jase lives in Perth’s northern suburbs with his beautiful wife of ten years, Emma and their daughters Millie and Ayla.

Awards and Titles to date include:

+ 2009 finalist Australian of the Year: Local Hero Award WA.
+ Qualified Neuro-Linguistic programming (NLP) practitioner.
+ Education Award of Excellence in pastoral care from the West Coast Education District (2005).
+ Cert 4 in Workplace Training and Assessment (2005).
+ Founder of Equipe Industries (2004).
+ Chaplain at Duncraig Senior High School for five years receiving outstanding comments and awards (2001-2005).
+ Cert 4 in Youth Studies (2000).
+ Survived thirty consecutive days on a roller coaster in a national competition, Whirl to you Hurl (1999).
+ Completed trade certificate in carpentry and joinery, finishing in the top 2% of graduates (1998).
+ Most Outstanding Soldier, Army Recruit Rifleman course (1996).

Abe van Hatch is a man with a vision to help young people see the potential they possess. Abe’s theoretical foundations and life story have provided him with a powerful combination of insight and relevance into youth culture. At age 19, Abe completed a Diploma in Community Welfare and at 21 went on to study a B.A in Social Work. Working in various youth sectors such as a Senior Youth Worker in local government and community based organisations, Abe has been trained to foster change in young people’s lives. Also an avid musician and speaker, he has been involved in national and international engagements where he uses his musical and communicative ability to inspire and connect with audiences. Abe is gifted to fashion youth for successful thinking and living and is currently appointed as a high school Chaplain.
