INSPIRE MOTIVATE AND EQUIP STUDENT LEADERSOur Leadership DV program can be modelled to meet your specific student leadership requirements. Whether a single 55 minute session or multiple days of training, we guarantee our leadership training will be like no other and leave your student leaders skilled and empowered to make a difference.
During this full day workshop, Equipe will empower your student leaders to be culture creators and shapers in your school. Using relevant footage from the Hollywood film, Coach Carter, this revolutionary day takes influential students and educates them about the power of culture. It moves students to a place of understanding how to shift the culture of their school to be a more inclusive and empowering environment.
Full day format
Full day of interactive workshops:
· Leader DV#1 (70 minutes)
Interactive team building / building inclusive dynamic / communication skills / debrief
· Leader DV#2 (55 minutes)
Culture explained / Maslow’s hierarchy of needs / the power of culture / the influencers
· Leader DV#3 (55 minutes)
School culture analysis in small groups / optimum effectiveness / needs assessment
· Leader DV#4 (55 minutes)
The power of leadership / leadership 101 / the character challenge
· Leader DV#5 (55 minutes)
Implementing change / final application & encouragement
